Using EmemoX
These terms apply to the EmemoX website, EmemoX-demo, developer console, and hosted API. By creating an account or using these services, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and have authority to act for any organization you represent. The licenses distributed with independently hosted software govern that software separately.
Your account and access
Provide accurate account information and keep your account, API keys, and connected sign-in methods secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account or projects. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. Membership of an organization only grants the permissions assigned to you.
Your content and privacy
You retain your rights in content you submit. You give EmemoX permission to store, process, and transmit that content as needed to provide the features you use, including extracting memories, retrieving context, and generating replies through service providers. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit other people's information.
Our Privacy Policy explains the information involved, Google sign-in, service providers, and deletion requests. Clearing conversations and removing extracted memories are separate actions.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, submit content you are not entitled to use, access another person's data without permission, disclose other users' credentials, distribute malicious software, interfere with the service, or bypass authentication and usage limits. We may restrict access where necessary to address abuse, security incidents, or legal requirements.
AI output and memory
AI replies and extracted memories can be incomplete or incorrect. Review them before relying on them or sharing them with others. The demo is an experience of memory features, not professional advice. You are responsible for deciding whether generated output is appropriate for your use. Keep your own copies of information you cannot afford to lose.
Plans and availability
Free access is subject to the allowances shown in the product. Paid service scope and pricing must be agreed separately before activation. A plan request alone does not charge you or activate a paid plan.
Features, quotas, and availability may change. Service interruptions, maintenance, and provider failures can occur; we do not promise uninterrupted operation or error-free AI output. Any separately agreed service commitments continue to apply. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Leaving, changes, and contact
You may stop using EmemoX at any time. Use Account & invitations in the console to export data or request account deletion. Review updated terms before continuing to use the service.
